For years, I lived with TMJ and pelvic floor issues that no practitioner could fully resolve. I saw pelvic floor physiotherapists, osteopaths, dentists — you name it. Nothing brought lasting relief.
So I went deeper.
I spent years studying somatic relearning, exploring the fascial trains that connect the jaw and the pelvis, and diving into embryology — including how the jawbone forms in the womb in direct relationship to the pelvic floor. What I discovered changed everything.
The jaw and pelvic floor are not separate systems. They are part of the same bracing pattern — a protective response we unconsciously engage when we don’t feel safe, whether emotionally, mentally, or physically.
And since the pandemic, I believe we are living through what I call a pelvic floor pandemic. Many people are walking around with hypertonic (chronically tense) pelvic floors, often without realising it — and nobody is talking about it.
Research consistently shows that a significant number of people with TMJ issues also experience pelvic floor dysfunction — and vice versa. These areas do not exist in isolation.
They are connected through:
This is why a band-aid approach — treating only the jaw or only the pelvic floor — rarely works long term.
True change requires working from the top down and the bottom up, addressing both ends of this fascial and nervous system connection to reach the root cause.
This protocol is the result of years of working with clients experiencing chronic TMJ and pelvic floor dysfunction. It is a baseline protocol — designed to give you a solid foundation, practical tools, and a deeper understanding of why your body is responding the way it is.
Will everyone be completely “fixed” by the end? That depends on how long you’ve had these issues and how deeply rooted they are.
What this protocol will do is give you:
Deep, hands-on work to release tension in the muscles and structures of the face, jaw, neck, and shoulders. This includes fascial release to help discharge stored tension — and the emotions often held in these tissues.
Investment: €85 per session | Total: €255
These sessions rebalance the body from top to bottom — working with the pelvis, shoulders, pelvic floor, feet, and jaw. We’re looking at the whole system, not isolated parts.
Investment: €95 per session | Total: €285
You’ll learn jaw tension relief sequences, massage techniques, and gua sha practices to use at home. These become your personal toolkit for ongoing support and self-care.
Investment: €110 | Total: €110
A simple yoga sequence targeting muscles that connect into the pelvic floor, alongside breathing practices and ball-rolling techniques for the feet — which directly influence pelvic floor tension through fascial connections.
Investment: €110 | Total: €110
Sessions can be paid individually — there is no requirement to pay upfront. You can move through the protocol at your own pace.
Our bodies contain four major diaphragms that function as an interconnected pressure system:
When one diaphragm is out of balance, the others are affected. This is why releasing tension in the feet can influence the pelvic floor — and why jaw tension is inseparable from what’s happening in the pelvis.
If you’re nodding along to several of these, your jaw and pelvic floor may be calling out for attention — and they are likely calling out together.
No single treatment plan fits everyone.
Your life experiences, movement patterns, stress levels, emotional landscape, trauma history, and how you hold yourself in the world are completely unique. When I work with you, I’m working with your body, your story, and your nervous system.
This protocol is a guideline — a framework that has proven profoundly effective — but it may look slightly different for you. Some people need more support in one area, others progress more quickly. This is a conversation, not a prescription.
Together, we’ll listen to what your body needs.
