For over 20 years, I’ve practiced Bowen Therapy, and this year I’ve deepened my expertise through advanced training. What makes my approach unique is the integration: I’m bridging the gap between facial wellness and full-body health in a way no one else is doing in Ireland — and possibly anywhere in the world.

My journey has always been about integration: face and body, body and mind, surface and depth. Face Yoga and facial treatments transformed how my clients looked and felt, but I noticed something: true, lasting change requires working with the entire fascial system, not just what we can see in the mirror.
The fascia doesn’t stop at your neck. Those facial lines, the patterns of tension, the ways we hold stress in our jaw, eyes, and forehead — they’re intimately connected to what’s happening in your shoulders, your spine, your hips, your feet. When I work only on the face and neck, I’m addressing symptoms. When I include the body through Fascial Flow Therapy, I’m addressing root causes.
What ties all of my work together — Face Yoga, facials, and Fascial Flow Therapy — is their profound effect on fascia and the nervous system. Your fascial network is your body’s communication system, storing not just physical tension but emotional holding patterns and even trauma in the tissues.
Fascial Flow Therapy uses the Bowen technique: gentle, precise movements on the soft connective tissue, stimulating nerves within the fascial web. These light rolling movements stretch fascia, reduce pain response, and create profound shifts in how your body holds tension and stress. Unlike forceful bodywork, this approach uses minimal input for maximum influence.
What sets Fascial Flow Therapy apart is the pause. Between each series of moves, I step away, giving your nervous system time to process and respond. This is where transformation happens. The therapy activates the parasympathetic state — that deep relaxation mode your body needs for genuine healing.

Your face doesn’t exist separately from your body. If your shoulders are tight and your neck is forward, your facial muscles compensate. If your back fascia is dehydrated and restricted, it affects how you hold your jaw and eyes. When we release a fascial restriction in your hip, you might notice your forehead softens. When we work on your diaphragm, your facial tension melts.
By combining Face Yoga, facial treatments, and full-body Fascial Flow Therapy, I can now trace and release fascial trains from head to toe. This isn’t just about looking better — though that’s a beautiful side effect. It’s about structural alignment, mental clarity, emotional release, and supporting all your organ systems.
After two decades of practicing Bowen and years of specializing in Face Yoga and holistic facials, I’ve created something entirely new: a therapeutic approach that honours the inseparability of face, body, and nervous system. I’m the only practitioner in Ireland — perhaps in the world — offering this specific integration of modalities.
Each practice supports and amplifies the others:
Together, they create synergy: releasing tension from head to toe, improving circulation, restoring natural alignment, and revealing your most vital, radiant self.
This is my signature offering: a two-hour deep dive where we work with your entire fascial system, from the crown of your head to the soles of your feet.
We begin with the Fountain of Youth Facial, gently working through the facial muscles, fascia, and underlying tissues to encourage lymphatic drainage, release stored tension, and improve circulation. This phase also supports emotional release, as the face often holds the expressions and impressions of our lived experiences.
Once the facial work is complete, we transition into the Bowen-based bodywork. These subtle, precise moves help shift the body into a deep parasympathetic state, allowing your system to rest, repair, regenerate, and naturally let go of whatever it no longer needs.
This isn’t about choosing between body wellness or facial aesthetics. It’s about recognising that true vitality radiates from your face when your entire body is balanced, hydrated, and free from chronic tension patterns.
